How Realo's prices compare with typical contractor SEO quotes
Published guides put contractor SEO at roughly $1,000 to $5,000 a month. SEO.com's HVAC page says to expect $1,500 to $5,000 or more a month, and The Search Sherpa's 2026 guide gives $1,000 to $2,500 a month for a contractor in a single market.
Realo costs less because we focus on home service businesses, our own audit tool does the checking that usually takes an analyst days, and there's no ad budget or account team to pay for. You get the same core work: pages, profile, schema, content and tracking.

Questions about SEO pricing
How much does SEO cost for a small contractor?
Agencies usually quote a small, single-market contractor $1,000 to $2,500 a month for SEO, and HVAC-focused firms often quote $1,500 to $5,000 or more. Realo charges $750 to $1,500 for a one-time fix package and $600 a month for ongoing work, after a free audit.
What is the Growth plan?
Growth is for established companies with several trucks that pay for most of their calls through Google Ads, Local Services Ads or lead sites. It costs $1,500 a month and adds 8 new pages a month for your highest-value services and towns, a competitor review for each big-ticket service and monthly tracking of 20 customer questions in AI tools. The goal is more calls that come in without a per-lead fee. It runs month to month.
Why is Realo cheaper than other SEO agencies?
Realo is cheaper because it works only with small home service businesses, uses its own audit tool for the checking that usually takes an analyst days, and has no ad budget or large account team to cover. The core work, pages, profile, schema, content and tracking, is the same.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
There is no contract and no setup fee. Monthly care runs month to month and you can cancel any time. The Fix-it package is a one-time payment for a written list of fixes.
What decides where I land in the price range?
The size of your site and the number of services and towns you cover decide where you land in each range. A five-page site for one town sits at the low end; a 40-page site covering several towns sits at the high end. You get the exact figure in writing first.
Do I have to buy the Fix-it package before Monthly care?
Monthly care doesn't require the Fix-it package first. Some contractors start with Monthly care straight after the free audit and we work through the fixes inside it. Others buy the Fix-it package, do the rest themselves and stop there.
Do you guarantee rankings?
Realo doesn't guarantee rankings. Google and the AI companies decide their own results, so a guaranteed ranking is a promise nobody can keep. We guarantee the work: every change is listed in your report and scores are re-run on the same checklist so you can see progress.
