Terms of service
Short version: you can read and share our pages, the free audit costs you nothing and commits you to nothing, and paid work is covered by a separate written agreement that we both sign.

These terms cover the Realo website (realosearch.com) and the free audit we offer through it. Paid work is covered by a separate written service agreement that we both sign. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.
"Realo", "we" and "us" mean Realo Search. "You" means the person or business using this site or asking for an audit.
Using this site
You can read, share and link to our pages. You can't copy our guides, reports or designs to sell or republish as your own without written permission. Don't try to break, overload or scrape the site.
The free audit
The audit is free and you owe us nothing for it. We check the public pages of your website and public listings such as your Google Business Profile. We don't log into your accounts to do it. The audit is our professional opinion based on what we could see on the day we checked. Search engines and AI tools change often, so some findings may age quickly.
Asking for an audit doesn't commit you to buying anything, and we will never make a review or testimonial a condition of a free audit or free work.

Our articles and guides are general information for home service business owners. They aren't legal, tax or financial advice. Use your own judgment, or ask a qualified professional, before acting on them.
Results
Our paid plans include a 90-day call guarantee, explained below and in our pricing page, and set out in full in the service agreement. Beyond that written guarantee, we can't promise any specific position on Google, in the Map Pack or in AI answers, because those systems are run by other companies and change without notice. If we miss the guarantee, we do the work free for up to 3 more months, and then either side can end the agreement.
The 90-day call guarantee
The guarantee applies to Monthly care, Growth and Authority. It does not cover the one-time Fix-it package.
- What counts as a call. A phone call of 30 seconds or longer to the Realo tracking number on your Google Business Profile and website, from organic search or the Google map pack. Calls from paid ads, repeat callers within 7 days and spam do not count.
- Baseline. Your average monthly calls from those sources over the 3 months before we start. With no tracking history, we use your first 30 days with tracking in place.
- Window. 90 days from the day your onboarding is complete, with access granted and tracking live.
- If we miss. We keep doing the work at no monthly fee until your monthly tracked calls beat the baseline, for up to 3 extra months. If calls still have not beaten the baseline at the end of those 3 months, either of us can end the agreement. There are no cash refunds.
- What you do. Keep the tracking number in place, keep your Google Business Profile access with us, pay invoices on time and approve pages within 7 days.
Plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. The full wording is in the service agreement.
Links to other sites
We link to outside sources such as Google, Cloudflare and Formspree. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
Limits of liability
We provide this website and the free audit as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit losses that come from using this site or acting on a free audit. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
