Review Flywheel: a steady flow of genuine reviews after every finished job
Most happy customers never leave a review because nobody asks at the right moment. We set up a simple routine that asks every customer after every finished job, replies to what comes in, and shows you the count each month. Every review is written by a real customer, in their own words.
- From $600 a month
- Free audit first
- Month-to-month. 90-day call guarantee. No lock-in.
- Every customer asked, none picked
Why reviews decide who gets the call
Reviews do two jobs. Google says more reviews and positive ratings can help your local ranking, so they help you get found. Then the homeowner reads them, and they help you win the call.
BrightLocal's 2026 survey of 1,002 US consumers found that 97% read reviews for local businesses, 68% want at least four stars before they consider a business, and 74% look for reviews written in the last three months. A profile with plenty of reviews and nothing new since spring looks like a company that slowed down.
Reviews also feed AI answers. When ChatGPT or Google's AI Mode names a contractor, the reviews on its profile are part of what it reads.
What the survey found
- 97% read reviews for local businesses
- 68% want at least four stars
- 74% look for reviews from the last three months
- 78% were asked for a review in the past year
The rules we work inside
Google and the FTC both have firm rules on reviews, and breaking them can cost you your listing's reviews or draw a penalty. We build the system to stay inside them from day one.
Google bans offering incentives for reviews and selectively soliciting positive ones. The FTC's rule on consumer reviews took effect on October 21, 2024 and bans fake reviews, including AI-generated ones. Our full breakdown is in how to get more Google reviews without breaking the rules.
What we never do
- No fake reviews. We never write, buy or post a review for you
- No picking customers. Everyone gets the same request, including the job that had a hiccup
- No gifts or discounts in return for a review
- No pressure on site. No handing the customer a tablet and waiting
- No review gating. Unhappy customers are not steered away from Google
What we set up
The goal is a routine your team can follow without thinking about it, so asking happens on every job, not only when the owner remembers.
What is included
- Your review link and QR code. The short link Google gives every Business Profile, ready to paste or print
- A same-day request. A short text or email sent when the job is marked finished, with one polite reminder a few days later
- Wording for your crew. A line for the tech to say at the end of the job, so the text is expected
- Reply templates. Replies to good and bad reviews, written in your voice, with no private details shared
- Monthly count. New reviews, average rating and which crew or office step stopped asking
- Honest detail. A request that invites customers to say what the job was, without scripting what they write
How the work runs
You keep doing the jobs. We build the routine and check it every month.
Four steps
- Check. We review your profile, your current reviews and how you ask today, if you ask at all.
- Build. We set up your link, request wording and reply templates, and agree with you who sends them and when.
- Train. We give your team a one-page guide: what to say, when to send, and what never to do.
- Track. Each month we count new reviews, check for any that look wrong or fake, and fix gaps in the routine.
How you can see it working
Reviews come in at the speed your jobs finish, so we judge the trend over a quarter, not a week.
What we report
- New Google reviews each month and the total
- Average rating and how recent your latest review is
- Requests sent compared with jobs finished
- Replies posted and any review that needs your attention
- Calls from your Google Business Profile over the same months

Questions about the Review Flywheel
Do you write or post reviews for us?
No. Every review has to come from a real customer who used your business. We never write, buy or post reviews, and we do not use AI to produce them. The FTC's rule on consumer reviews bans fake reviews, including AI-generated ones.
Do you only ask happy customers?
No. We ask every customer after every finished job. Google's policy bans businesses that selectively solicit positive reviews, and the FTC's guide says not to ask only the customers you think will leave positive ones.
Can we give customers a discount for leaving a review?
No. Google treats incentives for reviews as fake content and prohibits them. Our system uses no gifts, discounts or prize draws, even though the FTC allows some incentives that do not depend on the review being positive.
What if a customer is unhappy?
They get the same review link as everyone else, and you get the chance to fix the problem directly. We do not steer unhappy customers away from Google, because that is selective solicitation. A fair reply to a mixed review often helps more than silence.
How do the requests get sent?
By text or email shortly after the job is marked finished, with one reminder a few days later. We agree with you who sends them and from which number or address. Only text customers who gave you their number, and include a way to opt out.
How many reviews will we get?
It depends on how many jobs you finish and how many customers choose to write. BrightLocal's 2026 survey found 28% of consumers say they always write a review when asked. We track your count each month and fix gaps in the routine. We cannot promise a number.
Is this covered by the 90-day call guarantee?
Yes, as part of Monthly care, Growth and Authority. The guarantee is about tracked calls from Google search and Maps, not about review counts. The full terms are on the pricing page.
What about fake reviews from competitors?
We check your profile each month for reviews that look fake and flag them to you with the steps to report them to Google. Whether Google removes one is Google's decision.
