Paid search for home service companies

Google Ads Management: pay for the calls you want and track what each one costs

Google Ads puts your company at the top of the page when a homeowner searches for a repair or an install. It works fast, and it can waste money just as fast. We build and manage the campaigns so your budget goes to the jobs you want, in the towns you serve.

  • Add-on, $500 a month
  • Your own ad account
  • Ad spend paid by you to Google
  • Month-to-month, no lock-in

Where Google Ads fits next to SEO

Ads and SEO answer different needs. Ads work the day you turn them on and stop the day you stop paying. SEO and Maps take longer and keep working. Most home service companies need some of each.

Ads suit emergency work, new markets and high-ticket jobs where one booking pays for a lot of clicks. They suit a company that needs calls this month while SEO builds.

The risk is waste. Broad keywords, the wrong towns and a homepage that does not convert can burn a budget quickly. Careful setup and weekly checks are most of the job.

Where ad budgets leak

  • Broad keywords. Clicks from people who want a job you do not do
  • Wrong places. Ads shown outside your service area
  • Weak landing pages. Visitors arrive and cannot find the phone number
  • No call tracking. No idea which ads produce booked jobs

What we build and manage

We run the account like it is our own money, because a wasted click is a wasted call.

What is included

  • Account setup in your name. You own the ad account, the data and the history
  • Search campaigns by job. Repair, replacement and install each get their own ads and budget
  • Location and schedule. Only the towns and hours you want to serve
  • Keyword and negative keyword control. We block searches that waste money, such as jobs, parts and do-it-yourself
  • Call tracking. Calls from ads are separated from calls from search and Maps
  • Landing pages. A page for each campaign, with the phone number and the proof a homeowner needs
  • Weekly checks. Search terms reviewed and budgets moved to what works
  • A monthly report. Spend, calls and cost per call, in plain language

How the work runs

We start small, learn what works for your trade and town, and then move the budget.

Four steps

  1. Plan. We set goals from your best-paying jobs, your capacity and a monthly budget you choose.
  2. Build. We create the campaigns, ads, tracking and landing pages, and show you before anything goes live.
  3. Launch. We start with a limited budget and check the search terms daily in the first weeks.
  4. Improve. Each week we cut wasted spend and shift budget to what produces calls.

How you can see it working

Ads give fast data, so we report on the numbers that decide whether to spend more.

What we report

  • Ad spend, clicks and calls each month
  • Cost per call by campaign
  • Calls that became booked jobs, where you tell us the result
  • Search terms that triggered your ads, and the ones we blocked
  • Calls from search and Maps next to calls from ads

How Google Ads management is priced

Our plans cover search, Maps and AI visibility. Google Ads management is an add-on at $500 a month, and it is not included in any plan. The ad spend is paid by you straight to the platform, on top of our fee.

Questions about Google Ads management

How much does Google Ads management cost?

Our management fee is $500 a month, as an add-on to any monthly plan. It is not included in the plan price. The ad spend itself is separate and is paid by you directly to Google.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. We work inside your account, so the data and history stay with you if we ever stop working together.

How soon will I get calls?

Ads can start producing calls within days of launch. The first few weeks are for learning which searches pay, so we keep the budget small and check search terms often.

Should I run ads or do SEO?

Many companies do both. Ads give calls now and stop when you stop paying. SEO and Maps take longer and keep working. Our guide on SEO, Google Ads and Local Services Ads helps you decide.

Is Google Ads covered by the 90-day call guarantee?

No. The guarantee counts tracked calls from Google search and the map pack. Ad calls are reported separately, and ad work is priced and judged on its own results.

Do you promise a certain cost per call?

No. Costs depend on your trade, your town and your competition. We track the cost of each call and work to bring it down.

Can you run Local Services Ads too?

Yes, as a separate service. Local Services Ads charge per lead and have their own rules, so they get their own page.
