Facebook and Instagram ads for home service companies

Meta Ads Management: reach homeowners before they start searching

Google ads catch people who are already looking. Facebook and Instagram ads reach homeowners who have not searched yet, which helps for remodels, roofs and other jobs people plan for. We build the campaigns, show your best work and track the leads they produce.

  • Add-on, $400 a month
  • Your own ad account
  • Ad spend paid by you to Meta
  • Month-to-month, no lock-in

When Meta ads make sense for a contractor

Search ads depend on someone typing a query. Meta ads put your work in front of homeowners in your area as they scroll, before they decide to hire. That suits jobs people think about for weeks, such as a kitchen remodel, a new roof or a bathroom upgrade.

Meta ads also let you show finished jobs. A before and after photo of a real project in a neighbor town tells a homeowner more than a line of text.

They are not the best fit for every trade. An emergency plumbing call usually starts on Google, not Facebook, so we tell you plainly when Meta is a poor use of your budget.

Where Meta ads work best

  • High-ticket projects. Remodels, roofs, additions and outdoor work
  • Seasonal pushes. Tune-ups, inspections and storm-season checks
  • Retargeting. Reminding people who visited your site
  • Proof-led offers. Real jobs, real photos, real reviews

What we build and manage

We keep the campaigns simple, local and honest, and we use only photos and results you have the right to show.

What is included

  • Account setup in your name. You own the business account and the data
  • Local targeting. Ads shown to homeowners in the towns you serve
  • Ad creative. Photos and short copy built from your real jobs, with customer permission
  • Lead forms and landing pages. A short form or a call button, whichever gets more replies
  • Retargeting. Ads to people who visited your site but did not call
  • Lead follow-up wording. A first reply your office can send within minutes
  • Tracking. Leads from ads kept apart from search and Maps
  • A monthly report. Spend, leads and cost per lead, in plain language

How the work runs

We test a few simple ads, keep the ones that bring real leads and drop the rest.

Four steps

  1. Plan. We choose the jobs to promote, the towns and a budget you set.
  2. Build. We write the ads and forms, collect your photos with permission and show you everything before launch.
  3. Launch. We start small and check lead quality with you each week.
  4. Improve. We stop ads that bring poor leads and put the budget behind the ones that bring booked jobs.

How you can see it working

Leads from Meta need to be judged on quality, not only count, so we ask you which ones turned into jobs.

What we report

  • Ad spend, reach and leads each month
  • Cost per lead by ad
  • Leads that became booked jobs, where you tell us the result
  • Which photos and offers brought the best leads
  • Calls from search and Maps next to leads from ads

Questions about Meta ads management

What are Meta ads?

They are ads on Facebook and Instagram, both run by Meta. They are shown to people based on where they live and what they are likely to be interested in, not on a search they typed.

Are Facebook ads good for contractors?

They can be, mostly for planned, high-ticket work such as remodels and roofs. For emergency work, Google search usually does better. We tell you which fits your trade.

How much does it cost?

Our management fee is $400 a month, as an add-on to any monthly plan. It is not included in the plan price. The ad spend is separate and is paid by you directly to Meta.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. We work inside your business account, so the data and history stay with you.

Are leads from Meta as good as search leads?

They are often less ready to buy, because the person was not searching. That is why we check lead quality with you and drop ads that bring poor leads.

Is Meta advertising covered by the 90-day call guarantee?

No. The guarantee counts tracked calls from Google search and the map pack. Ad leads are reported separately.

Will you use photos of my customers' homes?

Only with their permission. We use photos of your finished work that you have the right to show.
