Website Build and Rebuild: a site that ranks, loads fast and turns visitors into calls
Many contractor websites look fine and still lose jobs. They load slowly on a phone, hide the phone number, and give Google nothing clear to rank. We build a new site, or rebuild the one you have, around the way homeowners search and call.
- Add-on, from $1,500 one time, up to 10 pages
- You own the finished site once it is paid for
- Built for phones first
- No lock-in
Why the website decides the call
Every other service we offer sends homeowners to your website. If the site is slow, confusing or built on a template that hides your services, the visit is wasted.
Our Tulsa audit of 20 contractor websites looked for the basics, such as clear service pages, a visible phone number and structured data. Most had gaps, and the audit report lists them. It is free and yours to keep.
A rebuild is not always the right answer. Sometimes the fix is a few pages and a cleanup, which is what the Fix-it package does. We tell you which one you need before you spend more.
Signs you need a rebuild
- Slow on a phone. Pages take seconds to appear
- No page per service. One page tries to cover every job
- Hard to call. The number is small or buried
- Hard to change. Every edit needs a developer
What we build
We build the site around the jobs you want most, in the towns you serve, with the structure search engines and AI tools can read.
What is included
- A page for every service. Each page answers one search and ends with a clear call button
- Town and service-area pages. Pages for the towns worth ranking in, written from real jobs
- Phone-first design. Fast to load, with a tap-to-call button on every page
- Structured data. LocalBusiness, Service and FAQ markup with your real details
- Proof you can check. Your reviews, licenses, photos and project stories where homeowners look for them
- Call and form tracking. So calls from the site can be counted
- Domain and files in your name. You own the domain and receive the finished files once the project is paid for
- Redirects from the old site. So pages that already rank do not lose their place
- A simple way to edit. We show you how to change text and photos, or we handle updates under a plan
How the work runs
A build needs content from you, so we plan the work around what you can provide and agree the timeline in writing.
Four steps
- Audit. We review your current site, your services and your towns, and agree what the new site needs.
- Plan. We map the pages, write the outline for each and list what we need from you, such as photos and prices.
- Build. We build the site, show you a preview and make changes before anything goes live.
- Launch. We move the domain, set up the redirects and tracking, and check the site on real phones.
How you can see it working
You should be able to see that the new site is better. We compare it with the old one.
What we report
- Page speed on a phone, before and after
- Pages indexed in Google after launch
- Calls and form requests from the site
- Rankings for your main services and towns, tracked over a quarter
- Whether the old pages that ranked kept their place
How website build and rebuild is priced
Website build and rebuild is a one-time add-on from $1,500 for up to 10 pages, with half paid before work starts and half at launch. Larger sites are quoted in writing. The price depends on the number of services and towns, and whether we are rebuilding or starting from nothing. You get the price in writing before any work starts. It is not included in any plan, and hosting costs, if any, are paid by you to the provider.
| Plan | Price | What it covers here |
|---|---|---|
| Fix-it package | $750 to $1,500, one time | Add-on, from $1,500 one time. Fix-it fixes the pages you already have |
| Monthly care | $600 a month | Add-on, from $1,500 one time. Monthly care then keeps the new site growing |
| Growth | $1,500 a month | Add-on, from $1,500 one time |
| Authority | From $2,500 a month | Add-on, from $1,500 one time |
About the call guarantee. A website build is a one-time project, so the 90-day call guarantee does not cover it. The guarantee applies to Monthly care, Growth and Authority. Read the full terms.

Questions about website build and rebuild
How much does a website build cost?
It starts at $1,500 as a one-time add-on and covers up to 10 pages. Larger sites are quoted in writing. The final price depends on how many services and towns you want pages for, and whether it is a rebuild or a new site. Half is paid before work starts and half at launch, and you get the price in writing first.
Do I need a new website or just fixes?
It depends on the site. If the site is sound, a few fixes may be enough, which is what the Fix-it package does. The free audit shows which one fits.
Who owns the website?
You do, once the project is paid for. The domain is in your name, and you get the files, so you can take the site anywhere.
How long does it take?
It depends on how fast you can send photos, prices and details. We agree the timeline in writing before we start.
Will I lose my rankings if you rebuild the site?
A rebuild carries some risk, so we set up redirects from every old page that has traffic or links, and we track the pages after launch. We cannot promise a result in Google.
Is the website covered by the 90-day call guarantee?
No. The guarantee applies to Monthly care, Growth and Authority, not to one-time projects.
Can you keep the site updated afterward?
Yes, under Monthly care, Growth or Authority, which include new pages each month. We can also teach you how to make small edits yourself.
